Submissions

The Drake Law Review accepts submissions for its print journal and its online journal, Discourse. The Drake Law Review accepts submissions from professors, judges, practitioners, and other legal scholars.  Article submissions for publication are currently being accepted! To submit an Article, please navigate to the Scholastica platform (link below). The Drake Law Review Editorial Board reviews and accepts submissions on a rolling basis.

Discourse is currently accepting articles to consider for publication.  Like the Drake Law Review, Discourse accepts submissions from professors, judges, practitioners, and other legal scholars.  Articles may be submitted electronically as an attachment via email (law.review@drake.edu) with “Attention Articles Editors” in the subject line.  Electronic submissions should be in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.

The Drake Law Review is now exclusively using the Scholastica platform for article submissions. You may create an account and log in to Scholastica via the button below. If you experience issues with submission or have questions, please contact our editors at law.review@drake.edu.
